A crossovers that doesn't shortchange the characters from either canon and at the same time provides interesting outsider POVs. I especially like Tony's characterization as seen through Neal.

"Phil, I know this isn't exactly your thing but what we have here is an elaborate con - "
"When we're doing them for the FBI we're supposed to call them 'stings'," Neal told him.
"An elaborate sting," Stark said, without missing a beat, "wherein we use bait to lure - I believe the technical term is the bad guys.

I LOVED THIS FIC. I actually found it a while ago and just can't finish it because I don't want it to ennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd. I love White Collar so much, and making those guys meet Tony Stark is just priceless. I haven't read to the end yet, but it doesn't look like it's going in a direction where they would involve El, but I would love to see Tony meet her (he'd think she was so hot) and I think Pepper and El would get on like a house on fire. Ack. It's just so lovely.

By 'a while ago' I mean the day she posted it, so obviously not that long ago!
