As I was putting the finishing touches to the last two illustration dioramas I'm working on, I managed to hack the cutter into my left thumb. So I had to drop what I was working on. I opted to go for a nice long walk to my copy place instead... still productive, with the added benefit of catching as much sunlight as possible, and no getting blood drops on my models. (When I studied architecture we had to make models of our designs, and due to the unfortunate combination of deadline stress and sleep deprivation some of the models that were turned in looked like they were depicting a crime scene. All that was missing was a tiny outline of a body inmidst the bloody smears. Good times.)

Natasha isn't in the running at March Madness anymore. This bums me out more than it should.
Parker OTOH made it into the Elite Eight so, so let's hear it for the thief. :) She's up against Joan Watson and doesn't stand a chance in hell but still, not bad for a show that never got a huge fandom for some reason I don't get.
I love the campaigning going on in the comments. It's a good place to check out new shows. I think I started watching Parks & Rec after FMM two years ago, and it is every bit as good as they made it look.

In conclusion: You should totally check out Leverage! *g*

Parker is a fun character. I've seen about 2 and a half seasons of the show. It's fun. I will probably watch the rest eventually. Not an absolute favourite, but a good show.
I tend to go on binges, and then suddenly I have to stop watching for a while for some RL reasons, and then I forget where I stopped....

Happened to me with Criminal Minds, CSI and Medium... Maybe because they follow a pretty strict formula...

The nice thing about Leverage is that they knew their character arcs in advance so the show never remotely loses itself like others might in later seasons. It's very coherent and if you watch the finale (not gonna spoil you) you'll see how it ties back to the early days, and how strong the character arcs are. The show has only a handful of episode I'd consider weaker. The finale made every fan happy, from the sound of it.

And season three has one of my favorite eps of all time, The Rashomon Job. Fave trope, perfectly executed.

Thanks! Feels fine now and it stopped gushing... okay, dropping blood pretty quickly. It's just suprising how much you need the thumb on your left hand for all kinds of stuff. Luckily not for typing, though. :)

thumbs are important no doubt
